华中农业大学生命科学技术学院益生菌智造创新团队赵述淼副教授课题组在国际学术期刊Microbiome上发表题为“Metagenome-assembled genome reveals species and functional composition of Jianghan chicken gut microbiota and isolation of Pediococcus acidilactic with probiotic properties”的研究论文,研究采用宏基因组测序技术揭示江汉鸡肠道微生物群物种和功能组成以及分离了具有益生菌特性的乳酸片球菌。 研究团队利用宏基因组测序技术分析了长江流域附近四个城市江汉鸡肠道微生物的物种和功能组成。结果表明,江汉鸡肠道菌群的细菌种类组成与其他鸡品种相似,其中Phocaeicola和Bacteroides是最丰富的细菌属。LEfSe 分析显示荆州样品与其他三组样品之间的物种组成和功能特征存在显著差异。功能注释表明,江汉鸡肠道菌群以代谢基因为主,其中与碳水化合物代谢相关的基因数量最多。发现了多个抗生素抗性基因(ARG),并且ARG的组成与集约化笼养鸡相似,表明抗生素广泛存在于江汉鸡的肠道微生物群中。结合宏基因组的研究结果,从鸡肠道中分离、鉴定出了829株微生物,并进行了大规模的益生性评价,其中3 株乳酸片球菌(P. acidilatic)表现出较强的益生潜力。这些发现提供了对江汉鸡独特肠道微生物群的深入了解,并强调了益生菌株在养殖业的潜在应用前景。

Qatar based researchers say the findings of theirstudy indicate that aquaculture feed imports fromsome Asian and European countries can becontaminated with moderate levels of mycotoxins. Although the levels of individual mycotoxins are generally within the permissible limits, thesimultaneous occurrence of the two toxins, aflatoxins (AFs) and ochratoxin A (OTA), in thefeed samples might possibility lead to synergistic effects on farmed fish and subsequently onconsumer health, said the authors, who are based at Qatar University and an aquaticresearch center run under that country's ministry of the environment. Those experts acknowledged that studies in this field show that human exposure to thosemycotoxins through the consumption of fish fed contaminated feed is unlikely. Nevertheless, they claim that the results of their research, in which AFs were detected in themuscle of rohu and kurkufan, suggest the need for further evaluation of the safety of fishproducts, both local and imported. Their work also assessed the impact of deploying bacterial volatiles to suppress mycotoxingrowth and boost feed safety.

研究以青年奶山羊为模型,利用整粒和粉碎玉米构建低肠内淀粉日粮(LES)和高肠内淀粉日粮(HES)。选取40只健康、断奶的3月龄奶山羊,随机均分为两组,分别饲喂LES日粮(n="20)和HES日粮(n=20)。通过结合结肠转录组、代谢组、宏基因组和组织学形态学、免疫荧光染色等分析发现:HES会导致胆汁酸积聚,并减弱宿主黏膜MUC2生物合成及上皮紧密连接,从而使腔内大分子突破物理屏障。同时,结肠微生物群及其代谢产物通过促进抗原呈递和促进TH2介导的炎症过程,刺激了结肠炎症和组织损伤发生,抑制结肠水分吸收能力。 研究还采用线性混合效应模型计算了微生物(细菌和真菌)及其代谢物对结肠功能和病理变化的组学可解释性,系统揭示了山羊模型中结肠稳态破坏的微生物机制,并鉴定了真菌在其中发挥的潜在调控作用。本研究解析幼龄反刍动物因淀粉过量而导致后肠失调的潜在机制,并针对性改变玉米加工方式来调控后肠道淀粉含量,改善微生物区系并调控后肠道健康。相关发现对于开发新的营养策略以缓解幼年反刍动物因过量淀粉引起的后肠道功能障碍和微生态失衡具有重要意义。
