The present invention relates to a method for producing grape drinking water using grape seeds. The method comprises: a grape heating step (S100) of pulverizing washed grapes by using a pulverizing unit to crush grape flesh, and heating the same in a heating furnace to generate a grape extract a separating step (S200) of centrifuging heated grapes into grape extracts and grape seeds by using an agitator a grape seed roasting step (S300) of feeding separated grape seeds in a heating furnace, and agitating and roasting the same at a predetermined speed while preventing the same from being burned a drinking water extracting step (S400) of adding and heating the separated grape extracts in the roasted grape seeds at a predetermined ratio, and extracting grape drinking water therefrom and a completing step (S500) of filtering, packing, and sterilizing the extracted grape drinking water.
