The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing noodles. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the apparatus for manufacturing noodles which enables a user to make noodles with less effort. The apparatus for manufacturing noodles includes: a noodle mold which is supported by legs； a handle which is arranged in a horizontal direction above the noodle mold and has both end portions which sequentially go up and down as a middle portion thereof is joined to the noodle mold to be hinged； a molding unit which is detachably installed in a joining hole formed in a vertical direction in the noodle mold, receives noodle dough inserted therein, and extrudes the noodles by compression； a pressing rod which is hinged to the handle and is inserted into the molding unit to press the noodle dough when the handle goes down； and a support bar which is arranged on the noodle frame and guides the handle to go up and down by fixating a middle portion of the handle to be hinged.본 발명은 국수제조장치에 관한 것이다. 이러한 국수제조장치는 다리에 의하여 지지되는 국수틀과； 국수틀의 상부에 수평적으로 배치되며 중간부가 국수틀에 힌지 가능하게 연결됨으로써, 양단이 순차적으로 승하강하는 핸들과； 국수틀의 내측에 상하방향으로 형성되는 결합홀에 분리가능하게 장착되며, 내부에 국수반죽이 투입되어 압축에 의하여 국수가락이 뽑아지는 성형부와； 핸들에 힌지가능하게 연결되어 핸들의 하강시 성형부의 내측으로 삽입되어 국수반죽을 가압하는 가압봉과； 그리고 국수틀상에 배치되며, 핸들의 중간을 힌지가능하게 고정시킴으로써 핸들의 승하강을 안내하는 지지대를 포함한다.
