The present invention relates to Jjamppong (Korean spicy seafood noodle soup) with sundae (a type of blood sausage in Korean cuisine) which uses chewy sundae, and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to Jjamppong with sundae which uses chewy sundae including pork head meat, chicken feet, and pig bone soup boiled for a long time and to a manufacturing method thereof.
