PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food products having high versatility for use in various applications, with various flavors and textures.SOLUTION: An ingredient-containing liquid mixture to be mixed with a seasoning contains an aqueous thickener and an ingredient in water, with an amino nitrogen content of 0.1 mass% or less in the liquid part except for the ingredient. When the liquid mixture is mixed with a general-purpose seasoning, a fresh taste inherent to the ingredient can be achieved without thickened taste of the ingredient in the ingredient-containing seasoning.
