PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of fermented rice powder showing high effect on moisture retention and whitening of the skin, excellent in safety for the skin, and light yellow or light brown by heat sterilization, and a manufacturing method of a cosmetic and the like blending the fermented rice powder and glycerin extract of the same.SOLUTION: The steamed polished-rice with filamentous fungus is fermented to be fermented rice suspension, heat sterilization of the fermented rice suspension is performed at a temperature of 110-118°C, and then it is pulverized after lyophilization so as to manufacture fermented rice powder. The fermented rice powder or glycerin extract thereof is blended as raw material to manufacture a cosmetic and the like.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】 皮膚の保湿や美白に高い効果を示すとともに、皮膚に対する安全性が高く、また、加熱殺菌されており淡黄色又は淡褐色を呈する米発酵粉状物の製造方法と、かかる米発酵粉状物及びそのグリセリン抽出エキスを配合した化粧品類の製造方法とを提供する。【解決手段】 蒸煮した精白米に糸状菌を添加し発酵させて米発酵懸濁液とし、該米発酵懸濁液を110~118℃の温度で加熱殺菌した後、凍結乾燥させて粉砕することで米発酵粉状物を製造する。また、かかる米発酵粉状物、又はそのグリセリン抽出エキスを原料として配合して化粧品類を製造する。【選択図】なし
