The present invention relates to a method for roasting green coffee beans, comprising the following steps: (a) pre-heating a roasting drum up to a predetermined temperature； (b) inserting green coffee beans into the pre-heated roasting drum； (c) removing silver skin on surfaces of the green coffee beans； (d) heating the roasting drum and raising thermal power step by step depending on the temperature of the roasting drum； (e) releasing smoke by opening a damper when primary popping takes place； and (f) lowering thermal power step by step.본 발명은 커피 생두의 로스팅 방법에 관한 것으로, (a) 로스팅 드럼을 미리 설정된 온도까지 예열하는 단계； (b) 예열된 로스팅 드럼에 커피 생두를 투입하는 단계； (c) 커피 생두의 표면에 있는 은피를 제거하는 단계； (d) 로스팅 드럼을 가열하되, 로스팅 드럼의 온도에 따라 단계별로 화력을 올려주는 단계； (e) 1차 팝핑 현상 발생시 댐퍼를 개방하여 연기를 배출하는 단계； 및 (f) 단계별로 화력을 감압하는 단계를 포함한다.
