Preferably, one or more than two materials selected from the group of naringin, Quassin, caffeine, and hop-derived composition are used as bitter substances, wherein the hop-derived composition is of &agr acid and/or iso &agr acid. Preferably, the beverage further contains sour taste material selected from one or more than two selected from citric acid, malic acid, lactic acid , phosphoric acid and tartaric acid as a group.
