PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rice powder noodles mainly composed of nonglutinuous rice powder for staple diet with additional effects as healthy and medicinal food as well as rice powder noodles with the use of a large amount of rice powder, leading to expansion of consumption of rice powder.SOLUTION: The rice powder noodles are produced with nonglutinuous rice powder for staple diet as a main ingredient in addition to brown rice, which is a rice kind for staple diet, and blended powder mixed with rice powder produced by finely milling polished rice in the polishing process for the planned purposes.
