Disclosed is a method for manufacturing pellets using leaves and fruit of Elaeocarpus sylvestris. The method includes: a first step (S1) of washing only red leaves of Elaeocarpus sylvestris and then naturally drying the red leaves in the shade for 48-72 hours； a second step (S2) of producing leaf powder after putting the red leaves naturally dried in the first step (S1) in a grinder； a third step (S3) of washing fruit of Elaeocarpus sylvestris and then naturally drying the fruit under sunlight for 120-160 hours； a fourth step (S4) of producing fruit powder after putting the fruit of Elaeocarpus sylvestris, naturally dried in the third step (S3), in a grinder； a fifth step of producing a mixture of 60 parts by weight of the leaf powder, obtained in the second step (S2), 30 parts by weight of the fruit powder, obtained in the fourth step (S4), and 10 parts by weight of honey； and a sixth step (S6) of compressing the mixture, obtained in the fifth step (S5), with a compressor, and then producing the mixture into the pellets.본 발명은 담팔수나무 잎과 열매를 이용한 환 제조방법이 개시되는 것으로, 담팔수나무의 빨간잎만을 골라 담팔수나무의 빨간잎을 물에 깨끗하게 세척한 후 응달에서 48시간 - 72시간 동안 자연건조 시키는 제1공정(S1)； 제1공정(S1)에 의해 자연건조된 담팔수나무 빨간잎을 분쇄기에 넣어 잎분말을 제조하는 제2공정(S2)； 담팔수나무의 열매를 물에 깨끗하게 세척한 후 양달에서 120시간 - 160시간 동안 자연건조 시키는 제3공정(S3)； 제3공정(S3)에서 자연건조된 담팔수나무 열매를 분쇄기에 넣어 열매분말을 제조하는 제4공정(S4)； 제2공정(S2)에서 얻어진 잎분말과 제4공정(S4)에서 얻어진 열매분말을 꿀과 같이 혼합하되 잎분말 60 중량부, 열매분말 30 중량부, 꿀 10 중량부로 섞어 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 제5공정(S5)； 제5공정(S5)에서 얻어진 혼합물을 압축기로 압축한 후 압축된 혼합물을 환으로 제조하는 제6공정(S6)이 포함되어 이루어진다.
