The present invention relates to a method for preparing a red ginseng extract enriched with ginsenoside Rg3, which is known to have a vasorelaxant effect and an anticancer effect among saponine ingredients contained in ginseng. According to the present invention, the content of ginsenosides, particularly ginsenoside Rg3, can be increased by using no microorganisms or chemical methods even while additives different from those in the traditional method for preparing red ginseng are not added.본 발명은 인삼 중에 존재하는 사포닌 중 혈관이완작용 및 항암작용 등을 갖는 것으로 알려진 진세노사이드 Rg3 성분이 강화된 증숙홍삼 열수추출물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 미생물을 이용하거나 화학적인 방법을 이용하기 아니하고, 전통적인 홍삼 제조방법에서 다른 첨가물을 추가하지 아니하고도 진세노사이드, 특히 진세노사이드 Rg3의 함량을 높일수 있다.
