A PROCESS FOR PREPARING AN EXCELLENT PRESERVATIVE STABILITY BY YEAST CONTAINING S-ADENOSYL-L-METHIONINE, THE PRODUCT THEREOF AND THE MOLDED COMPOSITION
In the process for preparing a dry yeast containing S-adenosyl-L-methionine using yeast with S-adenosyl-L-methionine(SAMe) production capacity, it is characterized by that after adding cyclodextirnes to the yeast cell concentrate separated from the cell fermentation broth of the yeast, the yeast cell concentrate is dried. The present invention also relates to the dry yeast containing SAMe prepared by the process, and the molded composition using the dry yeast. According to the present invention, the dry yeast with excellent preservative stability containing high density S-adenosyl-L-methionine usful as the water soluble physiological active substance, and the economical and convenient molded composition using the dry yeast can be prepared and provided to market.本發明係相關於使用具有S-腺苷基-L-甲硫胺酸(以下稱為SAMe)生產能力之酵母,製造含有S-腺苷基-L-甲硫胺酸之乾燥酵母之方法中,添加環糊精類於得自酵母之菌體培養液之酵母菌體濃縮物後乾燥,含有S-腺苷基-L-甲硫胺酸之乾燥酵母之製造方法、以該製造方法製得之含有SAMe乾燥酵母、及使用該乾燥酵母而成型之組成物。依據本發明,可簡便且經濟地製造含有高濃度的使用為水溶性生理活性物質之S-腺苷基-L-甲硫胺酸,保存安定性優之乾燥酵母及使用該乾燥酵母而成型之組成物,並供應市場需求。
