PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-alcoholic beverage with an effectively improved flavor, a raw material liquid, and methods for these.SOLUTION: The method comprises: boiling a first raw material liquid which is prepared by using raw materials including barley and has an extract concentration of 5.0 wt% or more and producing a second raw material liquid used for producing a non-alcoholic beverage by diluting the boiled first raw material liquid twice the volume or more, the beverage having an extract concentration of 5.0 wt% or less.
