PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taste improver for sodium acetate (hereafter "Na acetate") for improving a taste of Na acetate, Na acetate-containing oral composition containing the taste improver, a manufacturing method of the Na acetate-containing formula and the Na acetate-containing oral composition, and a method for improving the taste of the Na acetate.SOLUTION: There is provided a taste improver for Na acetate containing at least one kind selected from a Momordicae grosvenori extract, and thaumatin. There are provided a Na acetate-containing oral composition containing the Momordicae grosvenori extract of 0.025 pts.mass in terms of mogroside V amount, or at least 0.001 pts.mass of thaumatin based on 100 pts.mass of Na acetate, and a manufacturing method of the composition.
