The present invention relates to a chlorella extract with anti-aging function. The chlorella extract is manufactured by the following steps, including: (a) putting the chlorella into water (b) soaking at low temperature (c) pouring hot water (d) cooling after extracting (e) removing residues after centrifugation and (f) concentrating. The chlorella extract is either processed further into chlorella growth extract powder through a drying method, or processed into chlorella extract liquid by removing macromolecular proteins through a centrifugation method and sterilizing with high-temperature steam after the steps (a) to (f). The chlorella products have functions of enhancing survival rate and learning/memory abilities, increasing antioxidant defense capacity inside the body, reducing formation of peroxides in brain and liver, and reducing deposition of -amyloid protein in the brain for anti-aging.本發明係指一種具有延緩衰老功能的綠藻萃取物,該綠藻萃取物係透過包含以下步驟所製得:(a)將綠藻加入水中後,(b)經低溫浸泡後,(c)注入熱水,(d)經萃取後冷卻,(e)離心後去渣,以及(f)濃縮等方法後,進一步處理,一者以乾燥法製成綠藻精粉,另者,循上述(a)至(f)步驟後,以離心方法去除大分子蛋白質後,經以高溫蒸氣滅菌後製成綠藻精液體。該等綠藻製品具有提升存活率,學習記憶能力,及增加體內之抗氧化防禦能力、減少腦部及肝臟過氧化物質之形成,並且減少腦部β-類澱粉蛋白之沉積,具有延緩衰老之作用。
