PURPOSE: A composition containing Dipterocarpus obtusifolius Teijsm. Ex Miq. extract for anti-aging is provided to suppress DPPH free radical generation and to ensure excellent antioxidation. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for anti-aging containing Dipterocarpus obtusifolius Teijsm. Ex Miq. extract as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared from Dipterocarpus obtusifolius Teijsm. Ex Miq. roots, stems, and leaves, using water, low carbon number alcohol of C1-C4, or a mixture thereof. A health food composition for anti-aging contains the extract as an active ingredient. A cosmetic composition for anti-aging contains the extract as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the extract comprises: a step of adding extraction solvent to Dipterocarpus obtusifolius Teijsm. Ex Miq.； a step of cooling and filtering the extract； and a step of concentrating the extract at reduced pressure and drying.본 발명은 디프테로카퍼스 옵터시포리어스(Dipterocarpusobtusifolius Teijsm. ExMiq.) 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 노화방지용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 본 발명의 디프테로카퍼스 옵터시포리어스 추출물은 농도 의존적으로 DPPH 자유라디칼 생성 억제 효과, ABTS 자유라디칼 생성 억제 효과 및 수퍼옥사이드 라디칼 억제 효과를 나타내어 우수한 항산화 효과를 가지고 있음을 확인함으로써, 노화 방지용 의약품, 건강식품 또는 화장품의 원료로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
