The present invention relates to an oriental fermented concentration food additive and an oriental herbal tea. The present invention includes: a first step of extracting a medicinal herb extract by boiling at least one selected medicinal herb; a second step of manufacturing a dry radish or yacon by chopping and drying a radish or yacon; a third step of aging the dry radish or yacon in the medicinal herb of the first step at a low temperature, and then, re-drying radish or yacon bits and heating the aged medicinal herb extract to manufacture a primary aged medicinal herb extract; a fourth step of re-aging the radish or yacon bits in the primary aged medicinal herb extract at a low temperature, and then, taking the radish or yacon bits to manufacture a secondary aged medicinal herb extract; a fifth step of concentrating the secondary aged medicinal herb extract, and then, aging the extract at a low temperature to manufacture a primary concentrated medicinal herb extract; a sixth step of re-concentrating the primary concentrated medicinal herb extract in a concentrator to manufacture a medicinal herb syrup; a seventh step of drying and aging the radish or yacon bits in the medicinal herb syrup at a low temperature; an eighth step of manufacturing a primary steamed and dried radish or primary steamed and dried yacon after the seventh step, and then, drying and aging the radish or yacon; a ninth step of manufacturing a secondary steamed and dried radish or secondary steamed and dried yacon by secondarily steaming and drying the radish or yacon at no less than 100C after the eighth step; a tenth step of forming powder by smashing the secondary steamed and dried radish or secondary steamed and dried yacon; and a packaging step of packaging the powder of the tenth step.본 발명은 한방발효농축 식품첨가제 및 한방차에 관한 것으로서, 당귀, 영지, 솔잎, 구찌뽕나무, 구기자, 고삼, 상황버섯, 오가피, 산수화, 계피, 박하, 쑥, 대잎, 연잎, 석류, 우슬, 녹차잎, 소태나무, 인삼, 삼체, 헛개나무, 갈근, 용담초, 어성초, 도라지, 유근피, 허브, 신이화, 감초, 치차, 천궁, 백지, 백선피(봉삼), 생자초, 자단향, 해당화근, 창이자
