PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a seasoning liquid having appetizing flavor and taste added, which enables anyone to easily reproduce tastes as in specialty store.SOLUTION: By cooking animal and vegetable burned broth, which has been used only for a raw material of soup, together with a solution for cooking, a seasoning liquid having appetizing flavor and taste added, which are derived from the burned animal and vegetable broth, is manufactured. Especially it is preferable that cooking temperature is 80 to 130°C and cooking time is 60 to 360 min.
