PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic method that improves adaptation and a penetrating feeling of a lotion, and a cosmetic device therefor.SOLUTION: The cosmetic method comprises a face-washing step of washing a face and a lotion-applying step of applying a lotion onto the face of a recipient, where a temperature-changing step of changing the temperature of the face of the recipient is carried out after the execution of the face-washing step and before the execution of the lotion-applying step.
