The present invention provides a fruit peel fiber seasoning and a manufacturing method thereof. The method includes the following steps: (a) obtaining vegetable/fruit peel (b) pressing and heating the vegetable/fruit peel (c) fine-cutting and blending the vegetable/fruit peel into fruit peel fiber pulp and adding seasoning to be stirred evenly (d) heating the fruit peel fiber pulp for drying and shaping and, (e) obtaining the fruit peel fiber seasoning, which can be made into cuttable seasoning paper with fixed salt amount as required allowing consumers to cut by themselves for usage, or be made into seasoning paper of the same area with different salt amount to arbitrarily control the addition amount of seasoning. The present invention may achieve the effects of health, environmental protection and practicability, and may replace the conventional seasoning packet of instant noodle for further absorbing natural and rich dietary fiber, and may fully utilize the fruit peel waste while reducing the environment pollution caused by plastic package of seasoning of instant noodle.一種果皮纖維調味品及其製造方法,包括有以下步驟:(a)取置蔬果果皮;(b)將蔬果果皮進行加壓加熱;(c)將蔬果果皮細切攪碎成果皮纖維漿,以及加入調味料進行攪拌均勻;(d)將果皮纖維漿進行加熱乾燥成型;(e)獲得果皮纖維調味品,並且果皮纖維調味品可依需求以固定鹽量製成可裁式調味紙,以供消費者自行切割剪裁使用,或者以不同鹽量製成相等面積調味紙,以隨心所欲控制調味料之添加量,兼具健康、環保及實用的功效,能夠取代傳統速食麵調味包,更可攝取到天然豐富的膳食纖維,而且充分善用果皮廢棄物,更可減少速食麵之調味料塑膠包材的環境汙染。1‧‧‧蔬果果皮2‧‧‧加壓加熱3‧‧‧細切攪碎4‧‧‧調味料5‧‧‧果皮纖維漿6‧‧‧分割塑型7‧‧‧加熱乾燥8‧‧‧果皮纖維調味品
