The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing beef and shiitake mushroom porridge, wherein time for manufacturing the porridge is reduced by preparing soft-boiled rice as a base material for the porridge and minced beef, specialized for the porridge, in advance and flavor of the beef and shiitake mushroom is enhanced.
