The expiration date of the seasoned laver can be extended.본 발명은 천연항산화제인 비타민나무(산자나무)잎 분말 첨가에 의하여 조미김의 산패를 억제하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 비타민나무 잎 분말을 첨가함으로써 조미김의 제조 후부터 빠르게 진행되는 유지 산화에 의한 산패를 억제시키고, 그 결과 조미김의 저장성을 개선하여 장기 보존이 가능하도록 하며, 산패에 의한 이미와 이취를 막아 제품의 품질 향상 효과도 기대할 수 있는 유용한 발명이다.
