PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil and fat food product for toast which has crunchy texture like Bekkouame (hard candy) and glossy outside appearance obtained only by toasting the food product in a toaster oven.SOLUTION: The oil and fat food product to be applied to a slice of bread and baked contains lactose, sucrose, and glucose.
