The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a fermented feed using barley sprouts and the fermented feed manufactured by the same. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of the fermented feed using barley sprouts includes: a rice bran washing and immersing step (S100) of preparing rice bran, immersing the rice bran in water after washing, and making the rice bran soaked with water; a rice bran and zymogen mixing step (S200) of removing water from the rice bran immersed in and socked with water, and then mixing the water-removed rice bran with zymogen; a rice bran and zymogen culturing step (S300) of culturing rice bran zymogen by growing zymogen after mixing culture fluid with the rice bran mixed with the zymogen and putting the mixture in an airtight container; a barley sprout preparing step (S400) of preparing barley sprouts to be mixed with the cultured rice bran zymogen; a barley sprout cutting and drying step (S500) of finely cutting the barley sprouts at a predetermined length and then drying the same; an aging step (S600) of mixing the dried barley sprouts with the cultured rice bran zymogen, and then aging the mixture; a feed mixing step (S700) of producing a feed mixture by mixing a feed with the aged barley sprouts; and a packing step (S800) of packing the mixed feed at a predetermined amount.
