The present invention relates to a noodle cooker, and more particularly to a cooker which improves the durability and rapidity of water heating of the apparatus. According to the present invention, a 'U' type heating tube is disposed in a cooking vessel containing water, and a burner is mounted at one inlet of the heating tube. The water in the cooker is heated by the burner heat passing through the heating tube, and the waste heat again heats the water in the water tank.
