CONSTITUTION: A medical plant extract for cooking rice exclusively for men is obtained by the steps of: mixing 6g of ginseng, 6g of white atractylis, 8g of white Pachyma hoelen, 4g of licorice, and 250cc of water； immersing the mixed medical plants in water for 2 hours； heating the water including components brewed from the medical plants with weak fire for about 4 hours； squeezing the heated medical plant water to obtain a medical plant extract； and mixing the squeezed liquid with the brewed liquid. 200g of white rice is added to a stone pot with the medical plant extract, boiled for 15 minutes, and settling the rice to cook the rice. Noodles may be manufactured by kneading dough using the medical plant extract.
