There is provided a noodle cooking method, which includes the following steps: (a) placing noodles in a container with hot water (b) after the noodles are heated to absorb water, using a noodle stirring machine to rapidly stir the noodles in a predetermined period of time and (c) after the noodles are cooked thoroughly, scooping the noodles up from the water so as to obtain the finished product. By using the noodle stirring machine to rapidly stir the noodles as they are heated to absorb water but not yet cooked thoroughly, the purpose of increasing the elasticity of the noodles can be achieved.
