The present utility model refers to a process of preparing purees, which are fruit puree, more particularly green mango. The green mango puree is prepared via washing and dicing firm green mangoes. The fruit is then soaked in a preserving agent, rinsed, and pureed. The resulting puree is stored and sealed in PET bottles. The green mango puree and sweetened nata de coco puree can complement existing ready-to-drink beverages with improved texture and mouthfeel as opposed to common fruit-based beverages.
