PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic which can form cosmetic films having good gloss and giving suitable and uniform film thickness senses, and is excellent in smooth senses of use, non-stickiness and the duration of moist senses.SOLUTION: This oily cosmetic is characterized by comprising (A) a fructooligosaccharide fatty acid ester having a saccharide-average polymerization degree of 10 to 60 and a fatty acid esterification degree of &ge2.2 per monosaccharide unit, (B) one or more hydrocarbon oils selected from heavy liquid isoparaffins and &alpha-olefin oligomers having weight-average mol.wt. of 500 to 5,000, and (C) a phenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane. Therein, the component (A) is preferably a fructooligosaccharide fatty acid ester in which &ge60 mol% of the total acyl groups are one or more acyl groups selected from hexadecanoyl, octadecanoyl, eicosanoyl and docosanoyl groups, and the component (C) is preferably a phenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane having a refractive index of &ge1.48 at 25°C.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】ツヤがあり、且つ適度で均一な膜厚感を有する化粧膜を形成し、しかも滑らかな使用感とべたつきの無さと潤い感の持続に優れた油性化粧料を提供する。【解決手段】(A)糖平均重合度が10以上60以下で、一単糖単位あたりの脂肪酸エステル化度が2.2以上のフラクトオリゴ糖脂肪酸エステル、(B)重質流動イソパラフィン、重量平均分子量が500~5000のα-オレフィンオリゴマーから選ばれる1種又は2種以上の炭化水素油、及び(C)フェニル基含有オルガノポリシロキサンを含有する油性化粧料である。成分(A)は、その総アシル基の60モル%以上が、ヘキサデカノイル基、オクタデカノイル基、エイコサノイル基及びドコサノイル基から選ばれる1種又は2種以上のアシル基であるフラクトオリゴ脂肪酸エステルであるものがこのましい。また成分(C)は、25℃における屈折率が1.48以上のフェニル基含有オルガノポリシロキサンが好ましい。【選択図】なし
