PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out a compounding ingredient that readily disperses, into a cosmetic, silicone resin containing a phenyl group that has low compatibility with an oily component generally formulated in a cosmetic, although the silicone resin containing the phenyl group is suitable as a component of the cosmetic improving luster and a makeup long lasting effect.SOLUTION: The objective oily or emulsified solid cosmetic is obtained when 0.1-20 mass% of silicone resin containing a phenyl group is compounded as a component (A), and 0.5-40 mass% of vinylpyrrolidone/alpha olefin copolymer is compounded as a component (B), and further the compounding mass ratio, the component (A)/component (B) is 0.05-5.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】ツヤや化粧持ちを向上させる化粧料の成分としてフェニル基を含むシリコーンレジンは好適であるが、化粧料に通常処方される油性成分との相溶性が低い。このフェニル基を含むシリコーンレジンを化粧料中に容易に分散させる配合成分を見出す。【解決手段】成分(A)としてフェニル基を含むシリコーンレジンを0.1~20質量%、成分(B)としてビニルピロリドン/アルファオレフィンコポリマーを0.5~40質量%配合し、その配合質量比である成分(A)/成分(B)が0.05~5であると、目的の油性もしくは乳化の固形化粧料が得られる。【選択図】なし
