PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic preparation which has an excellent gloss and adhesion of a coating film, and little stickiness, spreads smoothly, gives a feeling of use without oiliness, is compatible with an applying site and has little burden.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an oily cosmetic preparation characterized by blending the following components (a)-(c) (a) a degradable granulation silica particle having a mean particle diameter of 1-50 &mum in which a silanol group (SiOH) having a thickness of a primary particle of 0.001-0.1 &mum and having 20-70 &mumol/mper specific surface area is composed of a scaly silica, (b) one or more kinds of oil solutions selected from a solid oil or an oil gelling agent, and (c) dialkyl carbonate.
