PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic causing no shine even by secretion of sebum after the lapse of time while having excellent luster just after application, and making pores hardly visible.SOLUTION: A cosmetic includes: (a) coated particles each prepared by coating a thin film type substrate powder surface with silicone elastomer particles or silicone elastomer/silicone resin composite particles and (b) an oily component including a volatile silicone oil.
