Provided are a method for manufacturing a roasted red ginseng tea, and a roasted red ginseng tea composition manufactured thereby. The roasted red ginseng tea is prepared by: mixing red ginseng, which is manufactured through a maturing process, with cereals; roasting the red ginseng mixed with cereals under a specific pressure condition; and maturing the roasted red ginseng again. Therefore, the roasted red ginseng tea: contains an increased amount of ginsenoside such as Rg2, Rg3, Rh1, Rh2, etc; has an excellent flavor; and is easily drinkable.본 발명은 숙성과정을 거쳐 제조된 홍삼을 곡류와 혼합해 특정 압력조건에서 덖음하고 다시 숙성시킴으로써, Rg2, Rg3, Rh1, 및 Rh2 등의 진세노사이드 함량이 증가되고 풍미가 뛰어나며 음용이 용이한 덖음 홍삼차의 제조방법 및 이러한 제조방법으로 제조된 덖음 홍삼차 조성물을 제공한다.
