PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for an endoscope, and an endoscope device, in which sheath replacement is economical.
SOLUTION: In the cooling device 11 for an endoscope, cooling fluid is sent to the tip side of an insert part 5 having a bent part 2 that is bendable for cooling it. It is provided with a sheath 13, comprising a return passage 12 installed on the tip side of the insert part 5, and sealed at the tip in such a way that the cooling fluid flows, and a fluid flow part to feed the cooling fluid to the return passage 12 to be recovered. The sheath 13 is detachably provided with a flexible part 25 that is flexible to bend as the bent part 2 is bent.
