PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope guide tube that enables the insertion part of an endoscope device to be guided while a predetermined bent shape is maintained even when the inside of a test body is in a high temperature environment, and to provide an endoscope device.
SOLUTION: The endoscope guide tube 20 includes: a body sheath 25 which has an approximately tubular shape, into which at least the distal end of the insertion part 3 of the endoscope 2 is inserted and which has a bent portion 25a at least in one area of the body sheath 25 a cooling means for cooling the insertion part 3 by causing a cooling fluid A to circulate along the insertion part 3 inserted in the body sheath 25 and bend holding means 26 and 27 for preventing thermal deformation of the bent portion 25a of the body sheath 25.
