PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device for an endoscope capable of adjusting the edge of an insertion part and an observation window at appropriate positions while circulating fluid for cooling in a sheath, and an endoscopic device.
SOLUTION: The cooling device 12 for an endoscope is equipped with: the sheath 15 forming an insertion part channel 13 where the fluid for cooling flows between the outer peripheral surface of the insertion part 6 and the sheath 15 so as to relatively move to the insertion part 6 and attached to the edge side of the insertion part 6 a fluid circulation part which supplies and collects the fluid for cooling to the insertion part channel 13 a sealing part 17 which regulates the discharge of the fluid for cooling flowing in the insertion part channel 13 from the end of the sheath 15 and the observation window arranged on the side surface of the sheath 15.
