The present invention proposes a method for preparing soymilk, comprising heating, by a soymilk making device, a mixture of soybeans and water until total time of the mixtures temperature being at a first temperature or higher accumulates to a first pre-determined period, wherein said heating stops when temperature of the mixture reaches the first temperature and re-starts when the temperature of the mixture drops to a second temperature lower than the first temperature and grinding, by the soymilk making device, the soybeans in the mixture during at least part of one or more intervals of said heating, until total time of said grinding accumulates to a second pre-determined period. The present invention also provides an apparatus for performing the above method.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation de lait de soja, le procédé comprenant le chauffage, par un dispositif de préparation de lait de soja, dun mélange contenant du soja et de leau pendant une durée totale correspondant à une première période prédéterminée pendant laquelle la température du mélange est supérieure ou égale à une première température, ledit chauffage sarrêtant quand la température du mélange atteint la première température et recommençant quand la température du mélange diminue jusquà une seconde température inférieure à la première température et le broyage, par le dispositif de préparation de lait de soja, du soja se trouvant dans le mélange pendant au moins une partie dun de plusieurs intervalles dudit chauffage, pendant une durée totale de broyage correspondant à une seconde période prédéterminée. La présente invention concerne également un appareil permettant de mettre en œuvre le procédé décrit ci-dessus.
