PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a garlic formulation is provided to use garlic as a health supplementary food and to control viscosity by regulating moisture content. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a garlic formulation comprises: a step of putting loess and garlic into an iron pot and heating； a step of boiling heated garlic in water； a step of adding malt to the garlic and fermenting； a step of filtering the fermented garlic to prepare a filtered liquid； and a step of preparing a liquid or solid garlic formulation from the filtered liquid.a) 가마솥에 황토와 마늘을 넣고 가열하는 단계； b) 상기 가열된 마늘을 물에 삶는 단계； c) 상기 삶은 재료에 엿기름을 넣고 삭히는 단계； d) 상기 삭힌 결과물을 여과시켜 여과액을 얻는 단계； 및 e) 상기 얻어진 여과액으로부터 액상 또는 고상의 마늘 제재를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 마늘 제재의 제조 방법이 제공된다.
