PURPOSE: A producing method of bean curd containing rice is provided to add gelatinized rice powder instead of raw rice powder to warm soymilk for producing the bean curd with the uniform surface. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of bean curd containing rice comprises the following steps: cooking dehydrated rice in boiling water for 20 minutes, and drying the rice using hot air at 60 deg. C; crushing the dried rice into 80 meshes using a crusher to obtain gelatinized rice powder; inserting the gelatinized rice powder into warm soymilk, and inserting a magnesium chloride coagulating agent, salt, and water into the mixture; and molding the coagulated mixture in a molding frame for 25-30 minutes.
