According to the present invention, provided is a system for mass-producing a bean curd of standardized quality, by providing the system with a feed control device which is reduced in size and scale, and which is capable of supplying a predetermined ratio of coagulant to a specific amount of soymilk, in order to facilitate the supervision of stirring and coagulation processes which are the core part in manufacturing the bean curd. More specifically, the present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a bean curd which enables the mass-production of bean curd of fine quality, by automating a stirring process which separates pure soymilk from soymilk and bean curd dregs, and which inserts a coagulant, and a transfer-pressurization process which dehydrates the soymilk after putting the soymilk in a forming frame, and which forms the soymilk in a predetermined shape. Generally, the bean curd is manufactured by: (S1) a process of pulverizing the soy (S2) a process of producing soymilk by heating and separating the soy (S3) a soy production process of producing bean curd dregs and soymilk (S4) a stirring-coagulation process of adding a bittern to the soymilk and coagulating the same by stirring and (S5) a forming process of putting the coagulated soymilk in a forming frame, and dehydrating the same in order to form the dehydrated soymilk in a predetermined shape. The stirring-coagulation process requires a highly professional skill, since the amount of a coagulant inserted into the pure soymilk, and the degree that the coagulant and soymilk are stirred determines the quality of the bean curd.
