The invention provides an oil-containing food and a manufacturing method thereof, colza oil, and a method for inhibiting a heating sterilization smell. Furthermore, a method which is used for manufacturing the oil-containing food and inhibits the heating sterilization smell is provided. The oil-containing food contains the colza oil having a Y+10R value of Lovibond Tintometer that is more than 20, and heating sterilization processing of the oil-containing food is completed. The oil-containing food is an oil-containing food that the colza oil is the colza oil after deodorization processing, and deodorization temperature of the deodorization processing is less than 200 DEG C.
