The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing instant stir-fried rice cake, and more preferably, to a method for manufacturing instant stir-fried rice cake, in which stir-fried rice cake cooked instantly by using a spicy stir-fried rice cake sauce mixed with a red pepper paste or a royal stir-fried rice cake sauce mixed with soy sauce for a royal court is mixed with crispy laver having an ocean smell of seaweed or salted dry fish, thereby further improving novel mouthfeel.
