This utility model relates generally to foodstuffs but more specifically to the process of producing ready-to-cook malunggay (Moringa oleifera) kropeck (crackers) and product thereof. Soaking the rice overnight in water, draining well the soaked rice and grind finely, mixing 1 cup ground rice together with 2 tablespoon of minced malunggay (Moringa oleifera), 1h teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon seasoning and equal amount of water until fine and thin paste is obtained, mixing one teaspoon lime (apog)and 1/2 cup water. Add this lime solution to the paste and stir well to produce a homogenous mixture, transferring a thin layer into pie plate and cook by steaming for 2 minutes until the mixture is clear or transparent, cutting into appropriate pieces (1x2 inches square), transfer to the trays and dry in the sun for 6 hours until crisp and, the application of artificial heat for drying the kropeck (crackers) is recommended.
