The present invention relates to a method for enzymatically converting parishin. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for enzymatically converting parishin, which includes a step of producing gastrodin by treating parishin derived from gastrodia with esterase or lipase. In addition, the present invention further relates to a gastrodia extract having increased content of gastrodin produced thereby, and to a functional drink and a functional food containing the same as an active ingredient.본 발명은 파리신(parishin)의 효소전환 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 천마 파리신에 에스테라제(esterase) 또는 리파아제(lipase)를 처리하여 가스트로딘(gastrodin)을 생산하는 단계를 포함하는 파리신의 효소전환 방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 가스트로딘 함량이 강화된 천마 추출액과 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 기능성 음료 및 건강기능식품에 관한 것이다.
