The present invention relates to a composition to suppress obesity and health food to improve obesity conditions containing nontoxic fermented extract of Rhus verniciflua as active ingredients, where enzyme fermented extracts of Rhus verniciflua is inoculated and grown with Saccharomyces carlsbergensis germs and the enzyme is a mixture of lactase, amylase, protease, lipase, sucrase, maltase, cellulase, bromelain and other ingredients and the resulting seed was grown around 25 to 35°；C for 48 to 72 hours, so that the toxic material from the shell of Rhus verniciflua is successfully removed and accumulating fatty material inside the fat cells is suppressed as well as neutral fats.본 발명은 무독화된 옻나무 추출 발효물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 비만 억제용 조성물 및 비만 개선용 건강보조식품에 관한 것으로서, 효소로 발효한 옻나무를 열수 추출한 옻나무 추출물에 사카로마이세스 카를스베르겐시스 (Saccharomyces carlsbergensis) 균주를 접종하고 배양하되, 상기 효소는 락타제(lactase), 아밀라제(amylase), 프로테아제(Protease), 리파제(Lipase), 수크라제(Sucrase), 말타제(Maltase), 셀룰라제(Cellulase), 브로멜라인(Bromelain), 또는 이의 혼합물이며, 상기 배양은 25~35℃에서 48~72시간 동안 이루어지는 것을 기술적 특징으로 하며, 옻나무 껍질의 독성성분을 제거할 뿐만 아니라 지방세포 내 지방 축적을 현저히 억제하고 중성지방을 억제할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
