The present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly feed composition for fish and a production method thereof. It is possible to breed culture fish, which is environmentally-friendly and has an excellent nutrient content by recycling waste resources, by fermenting bean pods, bean embryos, bean cakes, bean-curd dregs, and the like, which are byproducts discarded after processing beans, to be combined with a feed for fish. According to the present invention, high quality culture fish can be provided by enhancing the growth rate and effective nutritional ingredients of the culture fish due to high protein and excellent nutrients contained in a soybean processed byproduct. In particular, the present invention produces a feed for Korean rockfish which is one of Korean representative culture fish, thereby strengthening fleshiness of Korean rockfish and improving physiological functionality. Finally, good quality Korean rockfish can be cultured.본 발명은 콩을 가공하고 폐기되는 부산물인 콩껍질, 콩배아, 콩깻묵, 콩비지 등을 발효하여 이를 어류용 사료에 배합함으로써, 폐자원을 재활용하여 친환경적이면서도 영양성분 함량이 우수한 양식어류를 사육할 수 있는 어류용 친환경 사료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 콩 가공 부산물 내 포함된 고단백, 우수한 영양성분으로 인하여 양식어류의 성장율 및 유효 영양성분을 증진시켜 고품질의 양식어를 제공할 수 있다. 특히, 우리나라의 대표적인 양식어류 중 하나인 조피볼락용 사료를 제조함으로써, 조피볼락의 육질을 탄탄하게 하고, 생리적 기능성을 향상시켜 최종적으로 양질의 조피볼락을 양식할 수 있다.
