The present invention relates to rice cake using deep ocean water and a method for producing the rice cake using deep ocean water, and more specifically, to rice cake using deep ocean water which improves the taste of food and enables the human body to take in sufficient minerals by putting deep ocean water into food, such that a way of making food that is good for one&primes health along with kimchi into internationalizable food can be drawn up, because fermentation period can be reduced and aging degrees can be improved due to yeast activation when utilizing deep ocean water in food, thereby quickening an average aging period 1.5 time or more and lengthening storage period 2 times or more.
