A manufacturing method for a pet meat jerky comprises the following implementation steps of: uniformly stirring starch, flour, fibers and meat powder to form a material baking the uniformly-stirred material in temperatures ranging from 50 to 200 DEG C by a heating and molding device for dehydration and solidification and finally press-molding the baked material by the heating and molding device so as to form a pet meat jerky finished product. Moreover, the material is further added with chlorophyll, milk, collagen, glucosamine, lecithin, calcium powder or any other edible nutrition additives for a pet. With the manufacturing method of this invention, the pet meat jerky can be dehydrated and solidified prior to the pressure molding process to effectively prevent bacterial breeding, so that a sanitary and healthy pet food can be obtained.一種寵物肉條之製造方法,其實施步驟係將澱粉、麵粉、纖維以及肉粉之材料攪拌均勻後,再將攪拌均勻之材料經一加熱塑型裝置於溫度50℃-200℃之間烘烤,使其脫水固化,最後將烘烤後之材料經加熱塑型裝置加壓成型,即完成一寵物肉條之成品;其中該材料更添加有葉綠素、牛奶、膠原蛋白、葡萄糖胺、卵磷脂、鈣粉或其他任何可供寵物食用之營養添加物;藉由本發明之製造方法可讓寵物肉條在加壓成型前即達到脫水固化狀態,能有效防止細菌滋生,成為一衛生又健康之寵物食品。S101~S104‧‧‧步驟
