The present invention relates to a pork product containing high concentration collagen from pork and a manufacturing method for a snack containing the same. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method for a snack manufactures high concentration collagen from the pork by a process including the following steps and manufactures the snack which is easily eaten and is savory by expanding the same.
