The present invention relates to a cultivation method of an apple using a chokeberry extract. In particular, the cultivation method of an apple using a chokeberry extract includes the steps of: extracting chokeberries in a squeezing method； fermenting a mixture of the chokeberry extract and ethyl alcohol for six months； diluting the mixture in water； mixing the diluted mixture with a small amount of potassium dihydrogen phosphate； and performing foliage-dressing on leaves of an apple two times a month after flowers of the apple tree fall off.본 발명은 아로니아 추출물을 이용하여 사과의 재배방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 아로니아 열매를 압착방법으로 추출한 후 에틸알코올과 혼합하여 6개월간 발효시킨 후, 이를 물에 희석하고, 제1 인산칼륨을 미량 혼합하여, 사과나무 꽃이 진 후부터 월 2회 씩 사과나무 잎에 옆면시비를 하여 사과를 재배하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
